These terms and conditions apply to the energy consultancy services provided by Independent E-nrg Ltd ("we", "us") to business and domestic customers ("you"). They apply alongside any written proposal or agreement we issue to you; if there is a conflict, the written agreement takes priority.
We provide independent energy services including energy procurement, data management, installations and site works, estate management, invoice validation, meter and data agreement management and account management. The scope of services for each customer will be agreed with you before work begins.
Our procurement advice is independent and impartial. We will act in line with your budgetary, contractual and regulatory requirements as agreed with you.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, such as bills, meter details and site information, and to tell us promptly about any changes. We are not responsible for results affected by inaccurate or incomplete information.
Any fees, or commission received from suppliers, will be explained to you in writing before you agree to proceed. Nothing is chargeable unless it has been agreed with you.
Energy supply contracts are entered into between you and the chosen supplier, and are subject to that supplier's terms. Prices and availability may change until a contract is confirmed. Savings estimates are not guarantees.
We will keep your information confidential and use it only to provide our services, in line with UK data protection law. See our Cookie Policy for how the website uses cookies.
We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts or omissions of suppliers and other third parties.
If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us at sales@ienrg.co.uk and we will try to resolve it. If we cannot, you may refer the matter to our ADR scheme (scheme number C35INDE01).
Either party may end an agreement in line with the notice terms agreed in writing. Ending it does not affect rights that have already arisen.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Your use of this website is also covered by our Terms of Service.
